The Imants Field Top Maker is a modern approach to managing thatch build up in warm season grasses. Designed for sports fields and golf courses, the Field Top Maker is specifically engineered to remove unwanted surface matter such as organic buildup, weeds, or the entire surface up to a depth of 2″. Using a set of rotating blades that cut into the turf, the Field Top Maker will effectively remove the upper layer of soil and vegetation. A side conveyor removes debris directly into a trailer leaving a level and even surface. The FTM 1.2m, 1.6m, 2.0m and 2.5m models are designed and built for all sports surfaces helping produce healthier turf through greatly improved surface hygiene. An optional mid-mounted roller can be used for more aggressive undulations.
